缅甸菜Laphet Thoke /Tea Leaf Salad

爱吃茶的缅甸人将新鲜茶叶发酵入馔（Lahpet，亦作Laphet），添入各种生鲜和油炸食材以及调味料，拌成沙拉作开胃小菜。
据说古法配方中还拌入了印度人爱用的阿魏粉（asafoetida）。
菜名Laphet Thoke（Tea Leaf Salad）有多种拼法，菜谱摘自The Burma Cookbook。
