  1. Hulba (葫芦巴籽+水+辣椒粉+盐;蘸酱)
  2. Hilbeh (多加入香菜叶和蒜泥,配各种主食,如khobz不发酵饼、malvj粗粮饼、pitta、hawayij另一种蘸酱)
  3. Zhug (hot relish, 类似一种chilie paste,含cardamom和防风子)
  4. Hawayij (一种spice mix,含黑胡椒、cardamom和防风子,可以放汤里或是佐咖啡)

The feeling that is common to all beings, and I include plants here, is the will to keep living. Cut a tree, and it will probably sprout again. Wound an animal, and it will probably crawl away from you, trying to stay alive. As a rational and emotional being, I affirm that nothing justifies taking the life of another being. But we are not only emotional beings. We are, first and foremost, natural beings. As natural beings we are, indeed, omnivores, murderers and selfish. We are human.
